I recently had ATS Mechanical install an American Standard Platinum Series 4-ton variable speed AC and high efficiency furnace in my home, and I couldn't be more impressed! From start to finish, the installation was first-class. The team was efficient, professional, and truly top-quality. They included an inline media filter, plasma air ionizer, and metal plenums, which speaks volumes about their attention to detail. The system itself is fantastic. It operates almost continuously at very low compressor and air handler fan speeds thus low power, which has significantly improved our home’s comfort. The humidity levels are consistently at 50% or below, and we've noticed a 25% reduction in overall home electrical power usage from last year. Tech arrived right in the middle of the arrival window, quickly checked exterior unit, checked attic unit, diagnosed clogged drain line, purged it with air, but then discovered some idiot had replumbed drain through a OPEN 2" pipe and ptrap into the bathroom vent lines. They don't do plumbing re-work, but AC was able to come back on. Will definitely use them again.

Jordan and his team did an excellent job from start to finish. They were thorough and paid close attention to the details. I am very pleased with their performance.

Heater went out during the holidays and other companies told me that I’d have to wait to get it fixed until the new year. ATS sent a guy in a couple hours. They unfortunately replaced the the transformer with one that was not approved by the manufacturer and then that went out and caused further problems.
