ATS is always prompt and informative of the repair they are making while making suggestions on how to get the most life out of the system - would definitely suggest them and will continue using them for many years.

Ok guys, I believe in reviewing properly and keeping an unbiased opinion when it comes to honest reviewing. Long story short.. after 2 years of the another company messing up our AC system by contaminating it with the wrong coolant and being unsuccessful at attempting to fix it, we were saved by ATS Mechanical who not only provided us with outstanding customer service but took time to explain all of our options. They showed us different set ups including venting issues and customized our AC needs to us... not what the original builders did to our home. Your "hot room" issues are due to ventilation.. we learned a lot with these guys. Seriously I'm just in aww at how passionate and informative they were... and patient in explaining everything. I've had 3 AC companies and none like these guys. I spoke with Liliana for the appointment and Barry and Brock came out. They did at thorough inspection and were able to pin point the problem in no time.. really sucks to hear that the builders nowadays are not really setting up these houses for success when it comes to AC systems. We didn't have to get a bigger AC unit we just had a lot of vent issues so it's not like they were trying to upsell us a bigger unit at all. Highly recommend them. I did extensive research and they have five stars on Google with 168 satisfied reviews.. well 169 now And get this... one of the guys was even nice enough to entertain my request for the picture while in the middle of working. I Highly recommend them!!

Excellent customer service. The whole crew was always polite, courteous and on time. Barry and Shaun were very thorough explaining how everything worked. They exceeded my expectations and went above and beyond.

Shawn was prompt and very clear on explaining any issues with our system. I will definitely recommend to friends and family. Great service and the reminders are on point!
