Above and beyond. AC went out during Thanksgiving, had to have someone else come take a look and verified it was toast and too old for replacement parts. Did my research and had a couple of quotes from some local companies in Cypress. I'd rather support local/family businesses when possible. Scheduled a free estimate/evaluation for an A/C Install with Brock. Right away, he was the most professional of the companies I had lined up, even one national chain. Being in the military for 14 years, attention to detail is a big thing for me and Brock didn't disappoint. He was very thorough with his assessment and took his time inspecting my current ductwork and calculating the airflow my home needed. If you get a quote from anyone who does not take the time to do this, be warry of them. ATS has the right staff for the job and give you all the information you need. Every technical question I had was answered. Options were also given and multiple quotes with those options added/removed so I could make the right choice for my family and budget. Installation was the same day, about 5 hours to replace the whole system, outside unit, attic box and furnace, and fixed a few of my problem ductwork. All the workers were professional and laid protective blankets along the floor from entrance to attic. Not only did ATS send the most professional workers, they also came in with the best price. I highly recommend them. It is a big investment so do your homework. If you schedule their free estimate 1st, they will most likely set the bar higher than any other appointments you make after. Or you can call them last and be blown away at how far beyond they go to help you make the right decision for your family. -Thank you Brock, and thank you ATS.

What an incredible company! Barry and his team were amazing throughout the whole process of my wife and I building our new home. Jordan was on time and professional. Checked my system out for some issues I had noticed; found and fixed several others that would eventually lead to more problems. Will use this company when I decide to make improvements on the house and system.

Phoned ATS Mechanical about a problem with the thermostat for my AC. Shaun with ATS responded and was at my home in under 1 hour. After examining my system and performing some tests he advised that my thermostat needed replacing. Shaun was very good at explaining the cause of the problem and also provided solutions that would be less costly. I will use ATS Mechanical for any HVAC needs that I have in the future. I was very satisfied with their HVAC service and repair.
