Satisfied with this company so far. We have used them on two separate occasions. Most recent was this summer. Very responsive and works with the customer. Had a new coil installed in our old AC unit. It worked, but continued to have some issues. They came out right away and have been out at least two more times without problem just to make adjustments and monitor it over the first week. Would use again. They have financing options also. Small company. However, everyone is friendly and helpful. Appreciate Technician S and J. Thank you also front staff and the owner.

Got to admit, I was a little skeptical of a full 5 stars, but the number of reviews helped make my decision to try ATS after disappointing and overly pushy techs with my last service company. But man! They 5-stars don’t lie. Jordan was outstanding. Professional, courteous, and very thorough. He was extremely knowledgeable and explained things intuitively and easy to understand. ATS is now my go-to AC company.

Jordan was my Tech today and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The office, forgive me for forgetting the young woman’s name, was professional, polite and very helpful. They got me on the schedule same day and Jordan was even able to come by early. He was very informative, knew his craft and thorough. Had great recommendations that I will be sure to follow.
