The repairman, Jordan, was very friendly and helpful. He gave us very useful advice and resolved is quickly and efficiently. It’s nice to use a service that’s not out to get your money. Kudos and we will use this service going forward.

Jordan showed up and was able to quickly determine the root cause of the problem. The fix didn't require any parts, but did require a slight reconfiguration of the existing system. He did this and stuck around until he was sure that it worked. I had a great experience working with this company.
