Fan wasn't working on heater. They arrived earl y for appointment. Quickly diagnosed as bad run capacitor on the motor and replaced it. Tested all for function and safety. Happy with the outcome and price was fair. I liked that they explained what needed to be done and why.

The owner, Barry Granger, came out to give us an estimate on a complete HVAC system. He explained everything in the quote and he left us with a good impression. After we went through all of our estimates we chose ATS Mechanical to do the work. His guys had the old unit pulled and the new one operational sooner than what was expected. When Barry came back to make sure everything was completed correctly, he left. When I was learning the thermostat, we noticed it just went blank. I called ATS about 5 minutes later and Barry returned to figure it out. About 30 minutes later it was fully programed and the unit is running great. I informed Barry that the reason wasn't so much the quoted price, as he was not the lowest, but that it was him that made us decide to go with ATS Mechanical. If you are in the market for a new HVAC system, do yourself a favor and call on ATS to come out, you will not regret it. The lowest price isn't always the best.
