I scheduled an appointment with Liliana? for the next day between 1pm and 2pm. I told her that I won’t be able to get home any sooner than that. She said that David has earlier appointments and won’t get there before 1pm. The next day I get a text saying David will arrive by 12:35. I called back and spoke with Liliana who then interrupted me and started explaining that there’s no way she knows how long it takes and that he has other appointments all over the the place to get to besides mine. Not only did she talk over me but her tone of voice was rushed and angry. Her options were schedule for another day or wait for her to call David and see when he can come back. Never once did she apologize or seem to care. I cancelled the appointment as I’m not paying for rude customer service.

Yoeung, I am sorry Liliana is not on top of things. She has a fractured skull head injury from a fall and is trying to work with pain meds. She is trying to do too much. I told her to make sure David gets you taken care of immediately. Barry After reviewing, I see that the tech was on his way to your home. Yes,, you had a message he would be early. We should have told the tech to take a few minutes' break before arriving at the promised 1 p.m. time. I am sorry for this. This was a sigh of relief. Replacing an HVAC system is a daunting task, but it just really helps to talk to people that genuinely want what is in your best interest. They listened, they educated, and I really believe they cared about helping us have a clean, safe, home for me and my family. We ended up getting a great deal on a 4T Armstrong secured with an awesome warrenty. Best customer service, unbeatable prices, and just all around pleasant people to trust.
