ATS was prompt and professional. They came out to examine my existing equipment and give me an estimate. Their recommendations were consistent with my research and their bid was very competitive. There were no additional or hidden costs. They did the work they promised to do and replaced my system in kind. Barry and Shaun were just a phone call away if I had any questions. The Technician was professional, competent, punctual, had excellent customer service skills, and took the time to explain what was wrong with my AC and how it would be repaired. In addition, the cost of the repair was reasonable - I am very pleased with the work.
