***UPDATE*** I have spoken to Bernedette (Owner) I have expressed my concerns about my experience. She was amazing! She advised me that this is not how she operates her business, and vowed to make it correct...and she did. She gave me a refund on all the money I spent. Aliyah did a good job, and took care of my fur baby. My doodle is happy with her new look. Speaking to Bernedette made all the difference. Have not even had my dog groomed yet, but have experienced enough to leave a review. I contacted this company as my sister reccommended them for my golenddoodle. She uses Aliyah, so I booked her also. Everything as far as booking went well and was easy. On the day of the appointment someone named Riley called me a whole 2 hours early and said she was on the way. I aksed why I have her instead of Aliyah...Riley says there is no Aliyah that works there, and this is the only time she has available...MIND YOU I BOOKED A APPOINTMENT. I called the main number of Pirmped pooches, and spooke to Destiny who was nice, and appologetic. She offered me 15% off plus a free travel fee for my incomvience, and rebooked me for another day with Aliayh...ok great all is well. Fast forward to today. I understand that this is a mobile business and times may vary...but 2 hours early is not acceptable AT ALL. So I get a text...not a call a text from Aliyah 2 hours early and does not ask...but says Im on my way. I reply back and say I am not home...again 2 hours early. She sends a reply and says that she will finish the rest of her day and check in when I am finished, or reschedule. My reply to her is...HUH? I have an apt at 2:30. Are you telling me that regardless of the scheduled apt time, if I am not available or ready two hours early when you call I can miss my apt...she replys...Yes. I advised her I'll be home at 2:30 maybe at 1:45 at the earliest. I instantly call the main office and get Destiny again who was nie and apologetic. She said she will look into it and call me back...but have not heard yet. I will update when my puppy get groomed...but so far the only good thing about this company is Destiny. Just be professional. Its Okay if you are running ealry...but please respect the apt times or be flexable if the pet owner is not available when you demand...

I have used them twice now since moving back home to TX. They have been the best groomer I’ve used. They are knowledgeable, convenient, and always do a great job. They seem to really care about the pups and are consistent so I know what to expect. I won’t use any else now!

Primped Pooches has a groomer name Rylee who is great with our pups! She handles our spoiled babies and they love her. She does a beautiful job on both our girls. Primped Pooches is great to work our schedule out too. Try them.🐶🐶

I am from New York and recently moved to texas This is my first time having my Girls groomed . Aaliyah was so amazing with the animals they loved her. She had patience. She took care of them and I’ve never seen them with a better haircut ever. We are so happy. I highly recommend this business for all your Grooming needs for your furry babies. I can’t stop looking at them because they’re so cute. She did exactly what I asked . Communicates well arrived on time as scheduled. I just can’t say enough great things about this company.
