Terrible terrible store and experience. store was a mess there was no possible way to look around. i play the guitar and am new to the area, thinking about buying a new guitar and wanted to look. said “sorry we have nothing here” “out of luck”. very rude. after reading reviews i am glad i didn’t do business here. unfortunately you are so much better off at guitar center.

This guy is extremely rude
My experience with bob has been extremely positive. we had a vintage, upright piano from the uk that we needed to find a home for. bob did research on it and came up with a solution. i couldn't thank him more for doing that. it saved the piano from going to the dump.

Doesn't like black people. spent 25 minutes trying to find the store even among all the bad customer service reviews. immediately told me to move my car out of their "driveway" as if i was blocking it before i could even walk in. really can't find a decent music store around here.
