I would not return. when i called to schedule some guitar lessons to brush up on what i learned as a kid, i was told that i would be called back by the guitar teacher about pricing and scheduling and things of that nature, which i thought was weird because how could a manager not know the pricing for lessons at their shop?

i was called back by the guitar teacher who was very rude on the phone. i ignored the short and snappy responses i was given when i answered his question, although i soon realized i shouldn't have. he went on the ask me who the lessons were for (me) and to ask whether i was employed or not. i told him i was a student, so he asked me what school i went to and of course i told him. he then asked me what my major was and when i answer philosophy (i know the stereotypes it carries), he asked me if i was going to be " a waiter or a taxi driver". that comment was completely unnecessary and very degrading. obvious the manager/owner doesn't know anything about the shop he's running and the people giving lessons show their students unconscionable disrespect. don't go to these losers.

Bob and his team are extremely friendly and knowledgeable about their instruments. bob was patient and kind as he showed me around the many pianos and organs in their shop. they even setup the piano i was interested in and helped me get in it the car (both not easy tasks)! fantastic service, awesome music shop. thanks again guys!

Certainly i'd not return if offered a discount. quite trite.
