We have been long time clients of this practice and love the atmosphere and the staff. there are a few minor tweaks that i suggest especially on cold days the office /treatment area is cold and the water on your teeth is super cold. i suggested a low-cost easy solution to but thermal warmers around the tanks in the night before or even on the am.

Dr. armento will make any problem with his lab your problem.

Aweful exsperiance, they become very rude when you miss appointments. i switched to another dentist. people have things going on, and they dont just charge you when they need to, they take action and acted rudly. never again.

The office is clean and updated and the staff is initially friendly, but beware! dr. armento did three fillings for me back in july that caused me extreme heat/cold sensitivity and pain - when tried to replace the fillings, the sensitivity/pain got even worse. when i called to make a third appointment to have the fillings corrected, the office staff became irate and admonished me for "coming back over and over again". i haven't been able to chew for four months but dr. armento refused to come in for an hour on a weekend to correct his mistake.

so in conclusion, don't trust dr. armento's judgment! and if he messes up your dental work, don't expect flexibility or kindness from the office staff, and don't expect that he'll be able to correct the work. just expect to spend thousands of dollars having another dentist correct the damage.
