Staff is super friendly, always take my jeep when i’m in from ky, gets all the bugs off & free vacuums to get all the sand up after a long week at the beach!

Been to ottos a couple of times, each time has been a pleasure. always greeted by friendly staff a great customer service. any questions i had were explained to me thoroughly. never had a bad experience here and would definitely recommend.

Love the car wash, they always leave my car looking clean ! one of the employees, i believe his name was david helped me out cleaning my car because i had broken my arm recently. he deserves a raise 🙏
