Apparently otto is from somewhere up north. $20 for a two minute wash. don't worry about the bugs though, they will be fine, and right where they were before the wash. the only reason i go here for the vacuums and it isn't right to not pay for a wash before using them.

The music is so loud it is like a night club or an abercrombie and fitch store. it's completely unnecessary and bothersome.
