The drive through carwash left multiple scratches all over my car, as well as my boyfriend’s who went on a different day than i did. am positive these scratches are the result of the carwash as we are both attentive to our cars.

additionally, the highest level wash left tons of bugs + pollen on my car.

use at your own risk.

Great experience as always, so glad ottos is open in their new santa rosa beach location! top notch service from staff. the shaded free vacuum and detail area is an awesome bonus!
