Great installation

We wanted to convert a screen room into a room with longer annual usage potential. the problem is the windows required to complete this task were approximately 7 feet by 4 feet. not a size that is easily obtained. d&w windows has their own factory and could make these windows for us in a fairly short time frame and at a reasonable price. the production of the windows was completed sooner than the promise date and installation scheduled.
three installers - chuck, matt and justin arrived to complete the project. they were very respectful, friendly, informative about the process and progress as they worked. every day they cleaned up the work area and made sure we were aware of the current status. the installation took three days to complete. we could not be happier. the windows are of extremely high quality, the installation was flawless and the installation crew were excellent.
we would, and have, recommended d&w windows to others. definitely an a+++++ organization and product.

Our expectations of d&w windows was what the sales person and the person in charge of completing the project told us would be done. we were not disappointed. they worked diligently to complete the walk in shower and cleaned up after themselves very well when done. we would highly recommend them!

First measurements were slightly off but they remade our windows and still installed them in a timely manner.

Replaced all of windows with d&w. very happy with the results and quality of service. they are able to replace all 22 of our windows in 2.5 days and we quick to respond to any questions we had.

I have to admit, we got off to a ruff start but after i was assured things would be resolved. as expected the work was done professionally and two of the nicest guys i have met in a while. hats off to d & w and the two chris's. i would highly recommend d & w to everyone. great product and very happy with the installation. thank you.

I ordered some windows just like i had previously ordered. they installed the wrong type of screen. once they found out about it they quickly resolved the problem. i will order(3rd time) from them again. thanks 😁
