All around great experience. from first interaction with the sales representative to the installation d&w delivered fantastic service.

Windows look great; good price, my neighbors have used d&w & were satisfied. crew were very polite & conscientious; cleaned up well at end.

We knew that we needed windows for quite sometime. honestly, between the cost and added stress that we thought the process would be we just put it off. well, the time came and we had to start the process. we gathered the quotes and reviewed price point, service after the sale and quality of the product. we choose d&w because of all of these factors and the most important reason of all; which was our neighbors satisfaction with their windows that they purchased from d&w. from the first meeting with our sales rep. we felt comfortable. he educated us instead of "selling" to us. he came back a second time to give us a different perspective on our front room picture window which in the end became our favorite. fast forward to installation day, we didn't know what to expect (1st time we've ever replaced windows). the professional installation was far better than we ever expected. at one point we were just standing in front of the picture window (not speaking) and the installer seen us and quickly asked if something was wrong. we were embarrassed and replied, no we're just so happy we're talking it all in. i can't thank everyone involved enough. we're just thrilled with our purchase.

We absolutely love our new windows. we waited too long. our gas bill is much lower and they are beautiful! thank you to our salesman, zach, for being courteous and taking the time with us to show us why these windows are be better than the competition. we are very satisfied.

I had a broken window on a rental. i found a sticker that said d&w on the frame so i took the window to them. they repaired the broken sash and replace the glass for just the price of new glass. their service was excellent and prices were very fair

D & w did our siding. it was a big job and they didn't have a lot of day-light to work with but they got it done within the work week. tom took or returned all my calls and addressed any concern i had. bennett in sales was easy to talk to and did not have an aggressive approach to selling.

Our church is an old school building in durand, michigan and d&w came and put new windows in most of the first floor of our 100+ year old building. the crew of jeremy, logan and lamar did an outstanding job! they worked very hard for 4 days on these very large, old windows, getting the old ones out and putting the new in. they were knowledgeable, polite, friendly and respectful of the surroundings. we highly recommend d&w and will be sure to call them when we're able and ready to replace more windows. if you need new, call d&w! thanks and god bless you!!

Great people and great prices

We just had our new window installation finished up yesterday. we ordered our windows about six weeks ago and they started the project on wednesday. we had purchased nine windows. after the installers removed our first old window they noticed there was a problem... they informed me that all of the new windows were about an inch too big. they could rebuild our new windows which would take another 6-7 weeks to get. or we would need to have new frames, window sills, and new trim work both inside and outside the house. obviously i didn’t want to have to wait for new windows to be built or pay for any additional frames, window sills, or trimwork. d&w did the right thing without any hesitation and offered to cover the cost of the materials, and the labor to make the windows work. the installers built custom frames, sills, and did beautiful trim work at no additional cost to me. they were even able to build the frames so that we did not have to buy new blinds or window coverings to fit the new frames. everything turned out fantastic! we could not be happier. we will definitely do business with them again. we will highly recommend them to all our friends and family!!!
