We have had a "michigan" sunroom from d and w for 26 years and have been completely satisfied with it. we wanted to order a new door for it this summer, and the salesman can out to measure, match color, show us samples, etc. he found us exactly what we needed to match the room (after all those years). he ordered it, and they installed it. it looks great! we were completely satisfied with the service of the salesman, the lady in the office and mike and rog who installed it. they kept us updated as to the status of the order and time frame of delivery. the price was more than fair and the quality of the product was excellent. we would highly recommend them to everyone and we would have them again for any future products. very customer friendly and knowledgeable about their industry.

The sales guy was extremely knowledgeable. for a young woman who has no knowledge about house things and who owns a house, he was extremely helpful in telling me what was wrong with what i had and why i needed what i bought. the windows look great, and i plan to get more along with a new roof also. they offer all sorts of services from windows to roofing to bathrooms so that will be helpful as i upgrade my house. the only issue i had was getting hold of the installation scheduler; since she works the same hours i do it was extremely difficult to connect with her and get my installation appointment scheduled. other than that, i had no issues at all and will go through them again.

D&w windows are awesome, our heat and air conditioning bills went down and we love these new windows. the workman were very professional and did a awesome job of installing the windows. i would highly recommend d&w windows. house is a lot warmer in the winter and cooler in summer

Excellent service from sales to installation. love our new door and window sidelights that crank open.

The installer was very good and polite. he fully cleaned up after the installation and did an excellent job. i would confidently recommend both d and w and the installer.

D&w still does amazing work and service. we've used them for years and will continue!

Overall good. my only negative comment is that we had a special order that held up our installation and no one kept us in the loop about when things were going to happen, etc.

My experience with d&w windows was great, the installer was professional , fast we love our new windows, and the quality of the windows we are very satisfied
