We worked with patrick martindale to purchase windows for our new home. the whole experience was wonderful. eddy was very helpful with the product and delivery. the ladies at the front desk made the process effortless. the delivery men were polite and thoughtful. i will be recommending dw windows to everyone.

I was very impressed with the speed that they were able to serve me. they also installed my new conversion shower in one day. , and it is beautiful. the sales lady who came to my house helped me with the choices for my bathroom. after 2 days i was able to use it. i had a minor leak in the door area. they promptly came out to fix it. no issues since. also the staff were friendly and courteous.

We suffered damage from the davison hail storm last summer and we heard good things about d&w so we gave them a call. chris l was a dream to work with!! he came out right away, set up the appraiser for our insurance company, and was onsight each step of the way. he was incredible at responding to my texts any time of day. when it came time to do the work i met with the crew leader and the workers showed up in a swarm!! they did a fantastic job and were wonderful at protecting my gardens. super hard workers!!!
we are beyond pleased with the final results!!!

From start to finish, everything was perfect. no issue. i have done full frame installation and very satisfied with the quality and work being performed. cost was very reasonable compare to others like anderson, pure energy windows, and so on...

This is the second project i hired d&w bath installers for. this was for a shower to shower conversion in my basement. i had the same team of joshua, nate, and kavan as my first master bath tub to shower conversion project. very happy to see that and got the same first class installation as my first project. they had to adapt to tie into the existing shower drain, which raised the base of the shower floor so that there is approximately a 7 inch step down from the shower floor to the basement floor. they will be coming back to mount a grab bar after i have flooring installed in the basement bath.
