Ben came first to get us started. he was proficient at his job and friendly to boot. he spoke highly of d & w which is a good way to start. if an employee likes where he works well, that says a lot. then nigel came to measure. he was an absolute joy. he also spoke well of his employers. then chuck, matt, and steve came to install. they were also very proficient at their job. they were a great team and did a beautiful job. all in all we were and are very satisfied with d & w windows. we will highly recommend to everyone.

This is our second project with d&w. our entire house has had all 10 windows replaced with d&w! the first time they met..no exceeded...all our expectations as far as quality product, excellent installation, superior after sale service! which is why we are having 4 more excellent windows installed in our house. brandon f. came to our house on time...and i do mean on time...and was professional, knowledgeable, and courteous all the way. i remember when we were trying to decide whether to go with d&w the salesman said something to me that i will never forget! he said that if there is a problem with any of their products i don't have a problem...they have a problem! bam! that did it for me! anybody who would say something like that has to be honest and trustworthy! i love it because there is no gimmicks, no angles, no monkey business, just good service, excellent product, superior installation, and exceptional customer service even after the sale! so, if you are needing any windows or any of their superior products, should you go anywhere else? trust me....there is no where else! just do it! thanks d&w!

Great window and the installation guys were great and cleaned up all the mess and friendly and polite to would recommend d&w windows to any one needing new windows

Completely amazing company and even more amazing were the installation crew...they were super clean about everything, took great care of the house, they were by far better than i thought. i am completely impressed and i will never go to another company.

I live in a log home. everything imaginable went wrong. but they made it right and got the windows done on time. they look and function great. i would reccomend them despite the issues because they solved the problem without cutting corners and were very honest with me about everything.

D&w did a great job installing our patio door and window. bob did a fantastic job with the install. the process was easy and at a fair price.
