From the first time to the showroom to look at walk in showers, the trips to the house to measure and confirm to the installation everything went smooth. the installers made my day. they were professional, efficient, worked well together and they were singing and whistling. they cleaned up, shook our hands and were out of here. we were impressed. there is a trim piece missing at the front of the shower because there will be new flooring put in next week and then they will come back to put that in.

Walk in shower installed in march 2023 (i'm slow to posting my review, i know.) they did a fantastic job with a very old home and a very awkward space. everyone from the davison location was wonderful. salesman ben callis was very responsive and patient with both my hesitation to commit and my indecisiveness. the installers, joshua (i believe) and another young man were very professional and friendly and went above and beyond to make me happy. there day was long but they stayed and got the job done. i would definitely do business again if the need arose.

I had a bathtub transformed to step in shower and i am very pleased with the results. the staff and installers were very friendly, professional and helpful. i would recommend a new shower/bath system from d & w, you won't be disappointed! they completed the job the in one day and cleaned up afterwards so it was a great experience all together! i love my new shower :)

Josh and nate did a great job keeping the dust and mess to the bathroom while doing a very professional and quick job, i recommend them both for your next install.
They said we would have a new shower by 4pm they were done by 3pm. thanks for the great job!

We had a shower bath upgrade. just love it. great upgrade. very professional. installers were ready to work and experienced. price was compatable with others in area as a fact lower. highly recommended by my family.

I am posting this for my dad richard since he doesn't have a computer. he had a shower installed and old tub removed. he cannot say enough about the install team. they were on time and went right to work. through out the install they kept him up dated on the progress and included him on decisions like the height of the seat, location of grab bars and location of the shelves. the crew left the bathroom cleaner than it was before they started. the shower is really nice and the quality seems to be top notch. he is very pleased with the entire process from ordering to complete install. he will definitely refer anyone looking to has this type of work done to d&w. as for me i would like to thank everyone that had anything to do with the shower for my dad. i no longer have to worry about him falling in the old tub.
