We met with zach walker and received one of our three quotes as we do on any major home improvement project, he was very professional, knowledgeable, and not pushy in demanding a sale that day or we wouldn't get the price he was quoting us at that time. on the day of installation two very professional gentleman showed up to install our new sliding door, being that it was twenty degrees out side and some extra work removing the old door because of the way that it was installed they worked very hard to minimize the time that the opening was exposed to the cold air. after they finished with the installation they re-trimmed, caulked, and cleaned up, my wife and i were very pleased with these two gentlemen and there expertise. great experience all around.

We called to have our shower area redone. the sales man was very nice, although the samples didn't match what they currently carry. the manager, john, came out, showed me the current samples and explained everything along the way. we were given a 2 month install time and they had it installed in a month. the installers (rene and his crew)were professional, clean, and everything looks amazing!! the whole process was very smooth and staff goes beyond to be helpful.

From my first phone call to d&w bath systems, it was a very positive experience. my sales rep eli, was professional, kind, considerate of my cost restraints and very nice. the install date was very quick. john the project manager, was also very efficient and professional. he even gave me his cell # to reach him if necessary. the install crew were fantastic! very professional and considerate as well. they left my home spotless when they were finished and the two young guys that came the next afternoon to install another grab bar and my shower rod, were so nice and very knowledgeable. i would recommend d&w to anyone on a budget. they beat other companies by $1000!
