The workers were great. not happy with salesman or john. i was not shown any samples; just the booklet. wanted more browns not grays.

We could not be happier with the service and work provided by d&w. our salesman met us at the show room early on a saturday morning to show us windows and doors in person and was patient and so helpful. our installer was incredible! he too was patient, but also went above and beyond to explain and offer suggestions. our experience far exceeded our expectations and we are so happy with our new windows and doors!

Had a walk-in shower installed
.the crew arrived on time, did a great job, we're very professional, explained everything and were done when they said they would be.

We would highly recommend d&w to anyone, there were some glass problems (mostly with the tempered glass that they have to buy from outside vendors) that were addressed quickly, our windows we're very difficult to remove: the old glass had to broken out by breaking with a hammer, '("worst windows to remove that i have had in sixteen years."said johnny, the younger installer.) i did not expect the level of workmanship of both the windows and the molding of the finished product.
