We had d&w install a new shower on 9-10-19. 3 months later our neighbor below us (we live in a 2 story condo) had water leaking through her ceiling. unfortunately it was new years eve and help was unavailable at that time. the next business day we called them and they immediately sent someone out to repair the problem. i was pleasantly surprised. brian did the repair in a timely manner and i can't say how much we appreciated their fast response. i would highly recommend d&w for any further work in the future.

This is our second experience with d&w. we purchased several new windows for our older home about 4 years ago and then just recently purchased a new picture window in our current home. both experiences were great from start to finish. our sales rep, ben callis, was very knowledgeable and helpful. the install team was very polite and professional. our new window looks great! we will definitely use d&w again for our window needs!

Ben came out and measured our rental home for new windows. he was very knowledgeable and professional, as were the installers.. windows were ready a few days earlier than expected. two men came out bright and early and finished the job in one day. i would definitely call d and w again.
