I visited this establishment on 12/29 around 1:00pm to get a car wash. after inspecting my car when arriving at my destination after the wash i got out and immediately noticed scratches on my rear quarter panel. after further investigation i noticed some others near the windshield. i went back to otto's the very next morning to talk to management. the owner was not there nor the manager, so i talked to the assistant manager. he seemed to be reluctant to come and look at my car. he basically said since "i waited to the next day it was too late". what a joke! he let me know i was lucky that he would come and look , i am quoting him "i am on break right now." i showed him the scratches, see pictures attached (you have to enlarge them to see the scratches). i gave him my info and he said he would get back to me within 2 days. that afternoon i received a call from the owner. he basically said, very arrogantly, he viewed the images of my car getting washed and there is no way his brushes did this and he was not going to offer any compensation or even try to buff them out. very arrogant person. my car is 2024 porsche cayenne i purchased 2 months ago. i will never visit this place again. if i could i would give this review 0 stars.
