I have been meaning to write this review for a whi...Do not expect to make a zillion dollars in the end. That is not what these people do for you. They help you get that big house empty and offset the cost of doing so with the sale! They help you and your parents through the process without bad feelings in the family. They are experts. They get paid for the effort and for all the labor put into sorting, selling, and removal. I thought Terry was very responsive, fair and honest. I would absolutely consider using them when my husband and I are ready to downsize when we retire--I know now that rather than worrying over the idea cleaning out my household of 30 years, there is someone who will do it for me.
