I was going to have ChatGTP do this but it didn't do a good job explaining how much work these guys did for me. They knew exactly what to do every step of the way. My son was hit by a car riding his bicycle in our town. The person hit him at a four way stop sign cross walk in blind daylight. Broke his collarbone. A friend of mine gave me Joseph Rourke's information. Joe had called me that night to get the ball rolling. He took the time to go over the process, and even helped my 13 year old son understand the court process. Joe didn't need to go to traffic court with us, but took the time out of his busy schedule to sit with us while my son had to testify to the court as a witness to what happened.
