I have an elderly friend who recently used Caring Transitions of Sioux Falls for relocating to a different nursing home. She says that she is missing multiple pieces of furniture and a rug that were never returned to her, and no one tried to contact her about them. It is disappointing to hear that a place like this would do that to a elderly lady
