I enjoy working with the team from Caring Transitions of Sioux Falls. They are always courteous, kind and thoughtful in word, thought and deed. They take the time to know and appreciate their customers and are super helpful through the whole process.

Kristin and Ben at Caring Transitions do an amazing job of keeping everything well organized at their auctions! Online auction photos are clear and detailed, as well as the descriptions of listings. Communications after the auction are always timely and clear and Kristin always gets back to you quickly with answers to questions! Pickup always goes smoothly and they are great about helping to load when needed!

In February of 2024 I panicked because I needed to move my cousin into an assisted living center due to care and he needed to sell his home to be able to afford to live there. We had a Home Support Team meeting at Amy Stocberger's Real Estate Office and that is where I learned about a company named Caring Transitions. The rate I was going, it would take me 5 years to sort through all of his belongings and be able to sell his home. I met with Kristen and Sherry at Steve's home, and we went through the procedure and was given a time frame on when the project would be completed. Kristin was wonderful at keeping me informed on daily progress. Before she started going through the house, I went in and removed the items I knew my cousin would want to keep. Our first meeting was on February 3rd and she was done with donating and selling everything in the home by February 22nd. I would still be going through all of my cousins' possessions if it would not have been for Caring Transitions. I highly recommend this company to everyone! My kids already have her booked for me! LOL
