I am so thankful for Caring Transtions! In a difficult time, they made the process of clearing out my mom's house so easy and stress-free. Everyone we worked with was knowledgeable, kind and worked hard to get the job done. I would highly recommend Caring Transitions!

It's nice to know customer service is not dead. When my mom passed and I had the job of cleaning out her house the best thing I did was to call Caring Transitions. Bob and Mary DeClue, along with the whole team, worked hard to make this process easy for me. The auction process was very educational and a great way to offset some cost. They also found an item that needed to be returned to an internet company which saved me money. Everyone quickly returned calls and answered any questions I had....which i find very refreshing! Also, they are great about handling surprises that come up like a snow storm during auction pick up. Can"t say enough good things about them and I highly recommend them.

I am so grateful for all of the ways the staff of Caring Transitions supported my parents as they downsized from their suburban home of 50 years. From organizing possessions to packing and moving to a new residence to preparing the house for sale, all levels of the staff were ready to explain the process and the options available. Everyone was very considerate of the personal challenges experienced at this time. Thank you to everyone who assisted us.

Absolutely ridiculous to charge the buyer an 18% buyers premium in addition to the commision you take from the family-- that high of a percentage is essentially unheard of. You guys are squeezing every penny out of the buyer without actually helping the family/estate.
