Joel and his Team at Caring Transitions of Great Neck did a totally phenomenal job of transforming my Mom’s new apartment into a real home!! Joel and his Team were amazing and highly talented and skilled at setting up and organizing the apartment for my Mom with logical storage approaches and even hung her numerous pictures and arranged her many knickknacks and books in a really attractive and logical manner. I really can’t say enough positive things about Joel and his Team and noted that they worked smart and hard at the task at hand. Before I hired Joel and his Team I actually lost a lot of sleep for several months wondering how this task could be competed for my Mom. Joel and his Team made it all happen in a really homey, logical and attractive way. I can say that Joel and his team did their task with positivity, kindness and high energy. The finished product was simply beautiful and very functional!! As a result, I can highly recommend Caring Transitions of Great Neck without any reservations. For me, they were a dream come true and allowed me to sleep again!!

We had Caring Transitions do a complete home clean out after the passing of a relative. The experience was positive. We were well informed through the process. Pricing was very fair. We had a few special customer service requests, and all were handled professionally and efficiently. Joel Bregan and his team at Caring Transitions, Great Neck were exactly who I needed to help move a family member to a memory care facility. They carefully and efficiently packed, moved and placed what furniture and household items that were needed. Then they carefully and respectfully, cleaned out, sold, donated or disposed of the remaining contents of the apartment. This was a challenge because this family member had a number of unique collections that were difficult in determining how to handle. Joel worked hard to find some great and creative solutions for dealing with them. Joel was understanding and patient with the situation, and allowed me the time I needed to make decisions as to how to handle things. I am very grateful for his help and his excellent work.

Caring Transitions did a fabulous job helping us move my sister out from her apartment of 42 years and into an assisted living facility. Joel and Laura demonstrated both great sensitivity towards my sister, and incredible focus, diligence, and efficiency in cleaning out her apartment, handling donations, removing junk, selling items, shredding documents, clearing out storage units, and making sure that nothing slipped through the cracks. Through it all, they remained upbeat, service-oriented, and very supportive of our family. We could not have asked for better partners, and we are very grateful to have found them.
