Must say, they all gave my mother, my dog Bailey, and me excellent treatment to make our time together enjoyable. Special thanks to the host Rose, server Stephanie, and Chris in the gift shop. From the moment we called, Chris answered our questions and even asked to see Bailey. Once we arrived, she and Rose helped us with seating and any other needs. Stephanie was incredibly attentive despite being busy and seemed to never miss a beat. To say that they were on it is an understatement! We know it takes a team to make this happen, so we can’t thank you enough for the exceptional service and memories we had at Crabby Bill’s!

Recently we enjoyed a nice dinner at Crabby Bills but what made it ever so enjoyable was our excellent server, Gilliyn. She saw us standing at the entrance trying to figure out the parking QR code and was very helpful and pleasant. Then she spotted a group leaving so she ran and cleaned off the table and got us seated. Her explanation of items on the menu and recommendations assisted us in making our choices. The food we ordered was well prepared: hot entrees came out at the correct temperature and the cold ones also. All in all, it was a great dining experience and Gilliyn's professional, courteous and friendly disposition added to the evening.
