We were a party of 17, on the all you can eat crab night, there was confusion surrounding the seating, after more than an hour we were told they were waiting on the party room, and they had not received their food yet. We found a table at Keagens, they were ready to seat the entire party immediately. Kimberly intersepted and asked us to give her a few minutes, she assured us she would go out of her way to assure we had an incredible experience. She did not disappoint. Belinda was our server. Kimberly and Belinda bent over backwards to assure we had a wonderful evening. We have been coming to Reddington and Crabby Joe's as a family for 30 years this year. This was our best experience at Crabby Joe's. Please recognize Kimberly and Belinda for their over the top customer service. We will be back ❤️
