We had a great experience at Crabby Bill’s and I just want to give a real shout-out to the team there. We came in with a very large group, which can easily turn into a stressful situation for any restaurant, but they handled it like it was nothing. They made space for all of us at one table without hesitation, and it immediately set the tone for the night. Our server, Gigi, was honestly outstanding. Even though she had a couple other tables to manage, she never once made us feel like we were waiting or forgotten. She kept checking in, made sure everything was coming out right, and somehow still kept a great attitude the entire time. Also want to mention Kimberly, the assistant manager, who was just as helpful and hands-on. You could tell the whole team was working together to make sure everything ran smoothly for us. What really stood out is how easy they made everything feel for such a big group. No stress, no confusion, just a really fun, relaxed meal where we could all actually enjoy being together. We had amazing service from Gigi. Kimberly, the assistant manager, sat us right away. This has always been our favorite restaurant at the beach, but tonight was really above and beyond.

THE FOOD WAS DELICIOUS 😋

The food was absolutely delicious, and the service from our server was excellent--friendly, attentive, and made for a great dining experience. Everything we ordered was fresh and flavorful, and we'd definitely come back for the food. The only downside was our interaction with the hostess. She didn't seem very welcoming or friendly, and the greeting felt cold compared to the warm service we received from the rest of the staff. A friendly first impression goes a long way. Overall, though, the great food and excellent service made this a place I'd still recommend.
