Sherri literally saved me from a full-on meltdown when I realized I had been dropped from Cobra for a missed payment (an innocent mistake caused by confusion about when my plan started vs. when my payment was due). Still, Sherri answered an email within an hour and helped me get signed up for a short-term policy, and I have already scheduled a call with her in November so she can help me figure out open enrollment. Seriously, the easiest and most efficient experience I have ever had with health insurance.
