scratched the heck out of my truck I just purchased i wont ever go back to one of their car washes it literally scratched almost every body panel on the vehicle.... they also told us the wash isnt meant for trucks so you have to prewash your own back window and rims before you go in do you think they specify that when you purchase the package that you have to do their job for them.... employees were always super nice but scratches and having to prewash stuff that I had already paid for them to do never again
