Chad did a good job replacing my old water heater. He was in and out quickly

He did a very great job. He was very quick and very clean job. We would recommend Calvin for any work in the future.

When i called to make appointment to have my slop sink drain unclogged (drain snaked out) the lady didn't even know what that meant? She does work for a plumbing company. Was told the hourly rate.After the plumber finished the task about 1 hr. Later handed me the bill. I was also charged for a equipment charge. I was never informed that I would be charged for the plumber to use the needed equipment to get the job done. So my bill for app.45 minutes turned out to be $235.00. I don't know if this is standard practice. But I think I should have been advised that there would also be a charge to use the needed equipment to get the job done. I know the equipment he used is expensive. But is that like a hidden charge. To put this into prospective wouldn't that like going to salon for just a haircut and having also to pay for the use of their scissors and the use of the chair.

Calvin and Zeke did both constuction and repair work at my residence. They arrived on time, explained what they were doing, did great work and cleaned up completely when finished. TV

We had a great experience with Chad's Water Works. We recently bought a 20 year old home in The Villages and we are having all our mechanical systems inspected and serviced. After reviewing the Google reviews we settled on Chad's Water Works to do a non-urgent appointment to checkout our water softener, filters water heater and repair a spigot leak. When I called Chads I spoke to a very helpful and friendly lady (who’s name I do not remember) who patiently listened to my requests and scheduled appointment the following day. Josh from Chads arrived on time and was very helpful. We have never had a water softener before and he walked us through our water softener and our reverse osmosis filter system functions and maintainence schedule. Josh was extremely friendly and helpful. He patiently walked us through each system and answered all our questions. He even helped us replace a stubborn refrigerator filter and tighten the leaky spigot. I also asked him to drain service the water heater while he was with us and did quick and tidy work with that task. Josh was with us for about two hours (with all of our questions) and we thought the final bill was reasonable and appropriate for 2 hours of a plumbers time. Chad's Water Works is now our go to plumber. We are confident if we call Chads we will get a quick professional response, get quality work at a reasonable price. A special thanks to Josh and the lady who to my call. I am sorry I do not remember her name.

Excellent service from start to finish. Arrived exactly on time, quickly identified and fixed a leaking shower, and was extremely professional throughout. Everything was left spotless afterwards, which was very much appreciated. Communication was excellent, always responsive and receptive, and the whole experience was smooth and stress-free. Highly recommend.

Fantastic job everything turned out absolutely perfect. I would hire them again in two seconds. I got quoted $2000 for this job and they did it for 450 so efficiently.

Due to the experience I just had with Chad's Water Works, I would highly recommend and will absolutely use again. Zeke came to my newly purchased 30 year old home and replaced the toilet, the kitchen faucet and installed a garbage disposal. All this with the customary problems of corrosion, rust and decay and it only took him a few hours and was done perfectly. Superior level of professionalism and politeness.

Calvin and Zeek came out and were fantastic. Professional and through. They worked through finding our leak problem and didn't rush their assessment. They were very careful to not cause too much damage to our walls and ceiling while looking for the leak and was able to find the source quickly and efficiently. We appreciated their friendly and professional attitude and willingness to work until they solved the problem. Will definitely be using them again for our plumbing needs.

It's hard to find especially here in Florida a good company with reputable people and technicians and Chad's is a keeper. We have three homes and they work on all of them they have been fantastic very reasonable and great service thank you.

We had a clogged kitchen sink in a newly purchased home. We found Chads Waterworks Plumbing online and couldn’t be happier. Zeck came out right on time and was very friendly and informative. Unfortunately the best way to unclog the kitchen sink was from the vent on the roof. Zeck had no problem getting on the roof and fixing our clogged sink in a safe manner. He completed the job safely, quickly, and at a very reasonable cost. Thank you again Zeck and Chads Waterworks Plumbing.

$170 service fee is wild for someone to come touch a multi meter to a few spots then tell me to hire an electrician. Ended up fixing it nyself

I had a toilet installed yesterday by Zeke and was so satisfied with his work and professionalism that I had him install another toilet in the other bathroom today.

We had Chad‘s water works install a sink in our garage, running hot and cold waterlines from the water heater to the sink and running the drain line through the wall and out to our sewer cleanup line.
