Had a water heater replaced. Called and somebody actually answered the phone! Made a non-emergency appointment for the next morning. Josh showed up on time and did an excellent job! In and out with perfect workmanship and the bill was less than the original quote! Very happy and highly recommend!

Had two excellent plumbers (Zeke and Albert) doing a gas water heater change out. Very happy with the price and their work!

Albert was very professional, efficient, and friendly, could not ask for a better representative of your company.

They showed up and told me what I already knew and told them prior to getting there. No follow up on repairs and no repairs were made. Quick way for them the make $340 and not resolve anything. They were very nice taking my money which is why I gave them two stars.

Had a couple of crazy expensive estimates, then called Chad’s water Works, and they definitely had the most down to earth fair Pricing “ By far” Calvin Was the Tec that came to my house? He was on time extremely polite and did excellent work. I’m extremely happy with the service I received and would strongly recommend them.!!

Had a yard leak on the house side of underground meter. . Zeek was our tech and he did a great repair job. Took 5 hours because he had to run back to shop to get a special O ring needed to finish connecting the meter back to the house line. He only charged us for 3 hours work. I highly recommend.

I contacted them to have two toilets removed and new ones installed. They were able to come quickly. He worked very hard to get the job done quickly and efficiently and took the old toilets away. He was very knowledgeable, friendly and professional. I would highly recommend them and will call them the next time I need plumbing work done.

I bought a home, which needed some updates and repairs. Albert was my tech in January for my washer faucets. He had to replace the box and shut off valves. He was kind, professional, and did quality work. Calvin was my tech 2 weeks ago for my refrigerator line. It needed to be replaced as it was old and wouldn't shut off completely. He was also kind, professional, and did quality work. Sadly, my contractor didn't complete my plumbing in the kitchen, so I had to call Chad's Water Works again. Albert was my tech again. He installed my kitchen faucet and dishwasher. Again, he was kind, professional, and did quality work. I have been very happy with both techs and their work. Thank you both again!
