Calvin was on time, very personable and did an excellent job installing our new garbage disposal and toilet. This company, and Calvin, are highly recommended!

Josh and Caldwell did an outstanding job fixing the clog in my kitchen sink. It has been clogged for a week and I was trying everything to fix the problem but to no avail. They had my problem resolved in an hour at a reasonable price. My advice is to not try and fix things yourself but call an expert. I would call on Chads waterworks plumbing again.

Through a friend, I was given Chad's as a referral. The first person I spoke to, Cody, told me I needed to speak to Kate to make an appointment. I called but she wasn't available but she returned my call the same day. I did not make an appointment as I was collecting quotes but she gave me all the details I needed to make a decision. I anticipated the work to be around $400. Another company had given me a quote for nearly $900 - with the discount if I become a member for $100! That's not what I needed I just needed a repair. After weighing my options I called to make an appointment. I got it for the next day at a time that was convenient for me. The day of the appointment, the technician called ahead let me know they were on their way. They showed up on time - though it was a different technician and I was told would show up. This actually was a benefit to me in two ways, because the technician that showed up, Josh, had trained the technician that was supposed to show up. This meant that I had one of the most experienced people I could have and he was familiar with the type of work I needed. I showed him what I wanted done. Replace three handles with a single handle: I let him review all the materials that I had to make sure they were appropriate; I warned him that the tile was hand painted and was not able to take any scratches or abuse; I asked if you needed anything else and when he said he didn't I got out of the way and let him get to work. Josh was able to get the job done in a minimal amount of time, compared to what other companies said they might need, up to 4 hours! Can you imagine someone giving you a quote for $900 and then getting it done in 2 hours?? When Josh was done with the work and cleaning up the mess, we talked for a little bit about medical procedures, family and his time in the military - thanks again for your service Josh. Josh gave me my paperwork and I paid the bill with credit card. I could have gotten a discount if I had cash but I wasn't prepared. Wish I knew that in advance! Nonetheless I got a good deal. Since I didn't have cash to tip, I gave Josh two grinder blades worth nearly 80 bucks. Even with that I still got a good deal for the work done. My overall experience with the ladies in the office and Josh was fantastic. I would definitely use them again and recommend them to anybody who needs the service. I've used several plumbers in the last 5 years and Chad's Water Works has been the best overall. I'd give them more than five stars if there was a way to do that. I had called on a Friday because my shower decided to quit working. They got me in on Monday and Calvin got there almost an hour and 45 ahead of schedule. Got it all fixed in an hour and was on his way! Great communication and work! Will be calling again for any issues i run into!

I recently had some plumbing work done by Chad's Water Works and couldn't be happier with the end results. First, I had the pleasure of dealing with Kate, customer service, and she made the scheduling easy and her communication skills were exemplary. The job consisted of replacing 2 outside hose bibs/1/4 turn lever, outside house water shutoff and installation of a master bathroom faucet set. My home is a stucco/masonry building which made replacing the hose bibs challenging if the masonry had to be chopped into; found out from a number of plumbing companies couldn't repair the hole and that would have to be done by someone else. Well, Chad's Water Works could fill the hole with cement, not a masonry finish. My plumber Calvin couldn't please me more by not having to chop into my house to replace the hose bibs; I guess that's what you call an experience plumber. Everything was completed the same day, to my satisfaction and the total bill was lower than I anticipated because other companies quoted higher. I will use this company again and would recommend to anyone looking for experience people and reasonable prices.

When i called to make appointment to have my slop sink drain unclogged (drain snaked out) the lady didn't even know what that meant? She does work for a plumbing company. Was told the hourly rate.After the plumber finished the task about 1 hr. Later handed me the bill. I was also charged for a equipment charge. I was never informed that I would be charged for the plumber to use the needed equipment to get the job done. So my bill for app.45 minutes turned out to be $235.00. I don't know if this is standard practice. But I think I should have been advised that there would also be a charge to use the needed equipment to get the job done. I know the equipment he used is expensive. But is that like a hidden charge. To put this into prospective wouldn't that like going to salon for just a haircut and having also to pay for the use of their scissors and the use of the chair.

We had a great experience with Chad's Water Works. We recently bought a 20 year old home in The Villages and we are having all our mechanical systems inspected and serviced. After reviewing the Google reviews we settled on Chad's Water Works to do a non-urgent appointment to checkout our water softener, filters water heater and repair a spigot leak. When I called Chads I spoke to a very helpful and friendly lady (who’s name I do not remember) who patiently listened to my requests and scheduled appointment the following day. Josh from Chads arrived on time and was very helpful. We have never had a water softener before and he walked us through our water softener and our reverse osmosis filter system functions and maintainence schedule. Josh was extremely friendly and helpful. He patiently walked us through each system and answered all our questions. He even helped us replace a stubborn refrigerator filter and tighten the leaky spigot. I also asked him to drain service the water heater while he was with us and did quick and tidy work with that task. Josh was with us for about two hours (with all of our questions) and we thought the final bill was reasonable and appropriate for 2 hours of a plumbers time. Chad's Water Works is now our go to plumber. We are confident if we call Chads we will get a quick professional response, get quality work at a reasonable price. Excellent service from start to finish. Arrived exactly on time, quickly identified and fixed a leaking shower, and was extremely professional throughout. Everything was left spotless afterwards, which was very much appreciated. Communication was excellent, always responsive and receptive, and the whole experience was smooth and stress-free.
