When my water heater began to leak, Chads Waterworks quickly worked me into their schedule. Mike Martin showed up on time. Mike was courteous, Knowledgeable and did a very professional job removing old water heater and installing new one. The entire process was flawless. He took the time to educate me on maintaining new water heater, the cost was very reasonable and most of all he respected my home by not damaging anything. Great job Mike!! will be calling you soon for some more of my plumbing needs.

Michael came out and was able to clear the line and return water pressure to our kitchen sink. He was very knowledgeable and educated us on a few things we can do as the homeowner. We highly recommend!

Mike Martin literally saved us thousands of dollars. When Chad’s Water Works was booked last month, we unfortunately tried a different company, who found the snake but said retrieval had to be done by cracking through our bedroom floor at a quote of $3,350.00. No attempt at retrieval was made. They also quoted us many other items saying they needed to be done for a total $8,300.00. I tried Chad’s back for a second opinion. They sent out Mike who saved the day. He was determined to retrieve the snake and did just that! The snake that was left behind by a previous plumber was 25 feet long and the source of many years of clogs and phone calls. Mike was absolutely wonderful. Cannot even begin to tell you how much his hard work meant to me. I will keep Mike on speed dial. He needs to be everyone’s go to plumber….but if that happens, he won’t be free to help me. We called Chads Waterworks just to replace the guts in the toilets of the men’s and women’s room. He suggested because of the age of the toilets it’s better that they replace the entire toilets to ADA toilets. I asked how much, because we are a non profit organization, he said no charge. Which I thought was amazing.

I have used this company twice. Today Michael Martin came to find a leak that I thought was coming from the well line. He was able to find the leak and repair it even though it ended being from and irrigation line. Mike is the best!

I am selling a house built in 1957. After inspection we discovered we needed to repipe the entire house. Michael Martin and Cameron were the technicians that did a fantastic job. The house was spotless when they were done, which was no easy feat since all the plumbing was under the house and they had to constantly go in and out. If I could give 10 stars I would. I have used Chad's Waterworks for my personal house too and will continue to recommend them to everyone.
