What started with a hot water replacement (warranty) turned into a foundation water leak. Albert was very professional, knowledgeable and efficient. He worked so hard and repaired the water leak. Installed the new water heater as well. What a fortunate find with Chad’s Water Works. Albert was a gem to work with. Thank you so much!

I had a dripping shower faucet and checked online for a plumbing company. (I didn’t want to try to fix it myself and make matters worse) so I called Chad’s Waterworks. A very friendly young lady answered the phone and was able to schedule my job that day. What a surprise! Josh Fowler showed up in the prescribed time frame, immediately got to work and finished the job in record time. I thought so anyway. There was no mess for me to clean up afterward either. I heartily recommend Josh and Chad’s Waterworks for your next plumbing issue.

Great company. I spoke with Kate and Natalie and both were nice and helpful. Albert came to install our toliet and he was great. He explained everything and had a great sense of humor. Our toliet was installed quickly. The following morning we noticed water on the bathroom floor and I texted the company about it and within 2 minures I got a phone call telling me that someone would be here in a few hours and this was on Christmas eve. There was a faulty part that was changed and covered under their warranty and no issues since. I will definitely be using this company again.

Josh and Zeke Installed a water heater at my home. They were so kind, knowledgeable and friendly. They were extremely thorough and explained the system to me. They were definitely a bright spot for me in this year. I appreciate them so much.

This is our second time using Chad's Water Works Plumbing, LLC. We've had great experiences both times. For our latest issue, Albert replaced our whole-house shut-off valve quickly and professionally. He arrived on time, was very personable, and clearly explained the process. This was a difficult job because it required cutting into stucco wall and had space limitations that restricted tool and hardware options. Albert figured out the best possible approach, ensuring everything was handled carefully and done right. I really appreciated the quality of the work, the speed of the repair and the attention to detail. Highly recommend Chad's Water Works Plumbing and Albert!
