I have used this company twice. Today Michael Martin came to find a leak that I thought was coming from the well line. He was able to find the leak and repair it even though it ended being from and irrigation line. Mike is the best!

Just wanted to let everyone know what a great job Mike Martin & Zeak did installing gas lines at my house. Initially, they arrived when I was told they’d be there, then did a professional job digging & installing the gas lines. And, finally, left the job site like they’d never been there. Great job.

I am selling a house built in 1957. After inspection we discovered we needed to repipe the entire house. Michael Martin and Cameron were the technicians that did a fantastic job. The house was spotless when they were done, which was no easy feat since all the plumbing was under the house and they had to constantly go in and out. If I could give 10 stars I would. I have used Chad's Waterworks for my personal house too and will continue to recommend them to everyone.

Michael did a great job; and was very efficient.

I had a broken pipe under the house and called Chad's. They sent out Mike Martin to my house to repair. He not only repaired the broken pipe but also replaced the spigot all in under an hour. He was very pleasant and respectful of our home. It was a pleasure having him here and did an exceptional job. Also it's a rarity to see a service tech, especially plumbers and electricians clean up after themselves. I will request Mike for every plumbing job I have in the future. Also will recommend Chad's Waterworks to all I know.

Michael came to fix a leaky sprayer on our tub faucet, not only discovered that it was installed incorrectly (miss threaded) but also added a little Teflon tape to ensure it didn’t leak again. He also helped me with a clogged screen on a kitchen faucet (helped me find the correct little wrench that I needed to keep it clean in the future). He was polite, friendly, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was good. Highly recommend!

Michael came in and solved our plumbing issue in an hour. We very much appreciated his thoroughness, attention to detail and ability to troubleshoot in such a short time.

Michael and Camron came out today to eval gas and water lines. Found small gas leak and confirmed no issues with water line. They got the approval to repair the gas line and was able to get the repair same day. Both polite, respectful and very efficient!

From my first phone conversation with Beka until Job was finished nothing but positive comments... Shawn did a great job explaining everything to me. Shaun was friendly and did an excellent job replacing my water line. Good and fare price and actually showed up and finished ahead of time scheduled. I would highly recommend them for any and all of your plumbing repairs. 👍

Thomas replaced the water supply valve in my mother's home he was fast, knowledgeable kind and courteous. I would recommend him and Chad's Water Works to anyone looking for help with their plumbing needs.
