I have a monthly pass at the N. Broad st location, been coming here since 17 (I’m 55 now) of course a lot of names changes throughout the years!! So my experience is the ppl are friendly, they do a decent job, my only complaint is drying the car AFTERWARDS, I understand it’s little women doing their best in the heat & cold weather, BUT unfortunately they dry the OLD SCHOOL way with just hand towels, which leaves me NOT to tip due to water marks are all over my car afterwards & normally i have to get out to RE-DRY myself , so I don’t see the purpose for tipping if I have to go over the vehicle MYSELF, other then that it’s a decent car wash!!!!
