Green Mill definitely delivered! Several guests commented on how good the food was, and the servers were on top of making sure people had what they needed. One server saw me struggling with my dress on the stairs and offered to hold my drink and help me up the stairs, which I really appreciated. Would definitely recommend Green Mill catering!

We hired Green Mill Catering + bar service for our wedding at the Gardens of Castle Rock. We initially considered them as they were listed as a recommended vendor by the venue. The venue has some pretty strict requirements, so we wanted a business that knew these things already! I was connected with Hillary, and she made the process so easy! Everything was very clear and the food was so tasty. The tasting was a breeze, and I love that they sent our leftovers home with us. The day of the wedding, they were on top of everything! No hiccups from what I could tell. They even made a few special plates for our guests that had food allergies (communicated this ahead of time). Our guests also commented that the bar service was spectacular (I don't drink :) ). Honestly, the experience was just so easy, and they took care of everything- highly recommend!

Green Mill was amazing to work with through the entire wedding planning process. Green Mills staff quickly responded to emails and phone calls, and on the day of the event worked hard to make sure us and our guests had everything we needed. We used Green Mill Catering for our wedding this April, and I can't say enough good things about them! The biggest feedback we got on our wedding was that it was the best food they had ever tasted. We had a hard time choosing during the tasting, because everything was just so good! They are really flexible with the menu arrangement, and even made a custom-requested dessert for us. They accommodated every request and question, and were so patient as we debated our choices. I wish I had more photos of the meals, but the presentation was equally as great! Everything was truly delicious, but we especially recommend trying the almond crusted chicken, the mashed potatoes, the crab-stuffed mushrooms, the coconut chicken skewers, the mini walleye cakes, the Swedish meatballs, and the mini shooters.
