Katie and Green Mill catering made our day incredibly special. They were highly responsive, very accommodating, and very easy to work with. The food tasted amazing. We had the walleye, bruschetta chicken and ravioli, which all of our guests loved, all for a very reasonable price. Definitely recommend.

Our venue works closely with a few catering companies, and we chose Green Mill Catering to cater and bartend for our wedding on 10/5. We were very happy with the communication from our primary contacts, Sarah Carter and Katie Melland! Our questions were always answered very quickly, especially for being in the full bustle of the wedding season. The food was really delicious! We really loved the garlic butter that came with the bread. We also loved that they had a variety of napkin colors to suit our theme! We chose a buffet dinner, and it went very smoothly. I didn’t hear of any food running out. As for bar services, though I never approached the bar myself during the evening, everyone seemed to enjoy their drinks, and I didn’t hear about anything running out there, either. Our catering staff were also very kind to us and made sure that me and my new wife had everything we needed! We really liked working with them and recommend them for anybody in the Twin Cities metro who wants a good, customizable menu for their wedding day.

The staff kept our buffet filled up, hot and looking good. From the tasting with Sarah Carter to the final planning call with Brock Millsop all the way to wedding day it all turned out to be an amazing experience working with great and reliable people. We highly recommend Green Mill for catering as we had nothing but rave reviews from our friends and family about our food choices. Now being on the other side of the wedding that took place on July 20th, 2024 at Brookview Golden Valley it is such a relief to know we made the right choice. Lastly we did the Chicken Campielle (without the wild mushroom) and the Absolute Vodka Chicken Breast with a variety of sides for dinner and a few appetizers for cocktail hour. My one piece of advice is to work together as a couple to truly make it what you both want and like vs. what you think you have to do as far as food options! We couldn't have asked for a better catering service for our wedding day. From the very beginning Green Mill catering was always so responsive to all of my questions (and there were a lot) and so professional and organized. Our food trial was so much fun we felt like we were on a date. They kept me in the loop and were in constant communication all the way from our taste test to the end of the wedding day. On the actual day of the wedding, the staff were incredibly professional and the table settings were beautiful. THE FOOD WAS SO DELICIOUS. We got rave reviews from our wedding guests about dinner, specifically about the tortellini (although everything was amazing). I would HIGHLY recommend this catering company to anyone getting married. They will make your day seamless and sooo delicious. I was stress free about the food the whole wedding day and the catering lead that worked my event always made sure I was doing ok and continued asking me if I needed anything. Wonderful service!
