Watson Block was an absolutely amazing venue for our wedding! It looked amazing on wedding day with all our flowers/decor. The chandeliers, brick, and curtains made for amazing photos and setting! Gaby was an amazing manager to work with and helped our wedding day go smoothly and without any issues. She answered all our questions leading up to wedding day and helped guide us along the way. Would recommend to anyone Watson Block for their wedding!

When we began planning our 2024 wedding, Watson Block was the first venue we toured, and we immediately knew it would also be the last! Watson Block's intimate space and Art Deco vibes was perfect for our small (50 guests) wedding. Gaby was so easy to work with, being extremely communicative, professional, and patient with all the questions we had throughout the process. Watson Block's relationships with its partner caterers also made it a one-stop shop for our venue, food, and bar needs. Not only is the space gorgeous and the service top-tier, the price was remarkably affordable, especially given its location in the heart of Minneapolis! Watson Block made it possible for us to have our dream wedding, and we couldn't be more grateful. Thank you to Gaby and the entire team!

Watson Block was the perfect venue for my wedding! We wanted a small venue (guest count of 80) that we could hold both our ceremony and reception at, and Watson Block was the perfect size and had a beautifully elegant atmosphere. The space is so nicely decorated that we barely had to bring anything in for decor! We had some live music, a DJ, and a photo booth and it worked so well for entertainment. The built-in bar is classy, and the mirror bar was great for desserts and the guest book. The piano is a special feature, with barstools and countertop attached. If you book this space for a wedding, I HIGHLY recommend bringing in a piano player! The art-deco wall decorations give the space character, but don't force you into an art-deco theme; you can lean into it or do your own thing. The chandeliers and red curtains are gorgeous, and I loved that the chandelier brightness could be adjusted throughout the evening. I also loved that they have a couple of arches you can use for your ceremony, and it doubled nicely as a sweetheart table backdrop. The tables and chairs are very unique and lovely - we didn’t opt for tablecloths because there truly was no need! There was an additional space upstairs for the wedding party and vendors to keep their things and served as a holding area before and after the ceremony. The venue coordinator, Gaby, was so helpful and knowledgeable! She was easy and enjoyable to work with, and the venue’s turnover during the cocktail hour was so efficient and run like a well-oiled machine. I can’t thank Gaby and the folks at Watson Block enough for everything they did to make our day so special!

We love Watson Block (and Gaby) and so did our guests.Gaby was absolutely phenomenal to work with - don't tell anybody else, but she may have been the best vendor. Not only was she kind, she explained things in great detail and provided context, she was beyond helpful. When inquiring about venues in the initial planning stages, Watson Block rose to the top nearly right away as Gaby was prompt and timely in responses. The venue itself is absolutely gorgeous and we received so many wonderful compliments. Strongly recommend!
