I hired Phillip for my family case in order to try and get 50/50 custody of my 3 year old son. He speedily got a temporary custody order put in place to allow me more time with him as well to make sure that he could not be taken out of the county. Philip Moore has been my attorney over two court cases (same custody issues). The cases were long and stressful because of opposing party, and Mr. Moore was able to handle the opposing side to make sure best possible outcome could happen. When I say he is a pitbull in the court room, I mean that he works within his full extent to make sure that the outcome is in his clients best interest. Without going into a lot of personal detail, he was able to make sure that my kids were protected, that the outcome was good for us, and that opposing counsel was not taking liberties with their requests. I have retained Pfister Law Firm to assist in my child custody case that is a bit of a complicated case. I met with John Pfister twice for consultations before retaining the firm, John helped me to understand my out of state order and advised what I needed to do to complete my plan.
