During an emotional time, It was such a relief to leave our family memories/items in the hands of such caring people. A task that seemed overwhelming to me was organized and completed quickly. When the job was done, I was grateful for how clean and beautiful the house looked!

My mom had to move in to an AFH. I had to clear out her home to prepare it to be sold. This is an emotional and overwhelming process!! Christine and her crew (Jenn) have been fantastic!! Kind, empathetic and professional!!! Christine outlined the process and the schedule and it has been a seamless process. Despite my having gone through the house and pulling sentimental items- the team identified several items they thought we might want to keep. How thoughtful! It’s not just a job to them…they take pride in handling peoples “stuff” with respect and trying to get the most out of the auction!! The house and was totally cleared out- amazing!! I have highly recommended this team to several friends and co-workers that will soon be experiencing this same heart breaking process. Christine and her team have made a very difficult time tolerable!! I personally did not have the emotional or physical strength to carry out this process alone!!! I just have to say I love purchasing from Caring Transitions of Mill Creek, Everett & Snohomish. Everyone is so great during the entire process from start to finish. Christine is who I usually have the pleasure of speaking with and she has always been so flexible with me and my wins. I appreciate all of the employees hard work and time spent making sure everything is as it should be. They are always so organized and on the spot with everything.
