Jessica and her team were a huge help to our family when we needed to clear the whole house belonging to an elderly aunt with advanced dementia after she had to go into a home. We wanted her lifetime of possessions and treasures to be cared for and respected and to find happy new homes. This company is worth a rating of 10 stars! My aunt had become ill and unable to return to her apartment where she had lived for 23 years. I live out of state and work full time so I had a real challenge of how to handle this apartment filled with my aunt’s treasured belongings. Jessica and Lavinia were amazing! They were able to manage getting my aunt moved and deal with the “tons” of what was left in the apartment. They tailored their services to our needs! They were able to gain my aunts trust and shower her with attention and affirming words. I had the wonderful opportunity of meeting Jessica Isham upon contacting Caring Transitions of Beverly Hills. I was in need of professionals who could help me manage a family member's estate who passed away leaving a home she had lived in for over 30 years. Jessica developed an incredible estate and workplan that included the packing and shipping of furniture, cataloging an extensive artwork collection along with arranging for crating and storage. Together with her very talented team they planned and hosted online auctions, private estate sales, and assisted with donations to non-profit organizations. Jessica also arranged transport services for a classic car that was shipped across the country. Finally, she ensured that any remaining items were picked up and hauled away, and the house was cleaned in preparation for the sale of the house.
