To keep incentives in place I needed to close 9 days (5 business) day from when I found out. Rod immediately started to work on getting the loan package together on a Friday night. Rod and I had numerous phones calls and emails over the first weekend to get the loan submitted monday morning. Rod was amazing at knowing exactly what he needed and gave great directions so I didn't waste any time finding items we did not need. Then come Monday through Wednesday, Rod whole team were responsive and direct on what follow-up information they needed. At the end of the day, 7 days from when the process started we had the clear to close. I am unsure of any other leander I worked with over the years were so organized as Rod and his team. They have earned all future business from me. This says a lot from a guy who has owned over 8 houses and several commercial buildings.
