I can’t say enough good things about Caring Transitions of North Jacksonville and Fernandina Beach. As an Occupational Therapist, I spent years working in assisted living communities, and I was often asked to come in after a resident moved to help with furniture placement and organization to improve safety, increase independence and functionality, and reduce fall risk. I don't know how we would have managed transitioning my parents out of the house they had lived in for 23 years without the help of Caring Transitions.
