Sharing my experience as a customer. I started shopping a few estate sales recently to acquire items for my home that I lost during the recent hurricanes. Having been to a few different sales, I wanted to make sure I mentioned how wonderfully handled this one was. Billy and his team of young gentlemen, Liam and Eagan, went out of their way to help me carry a few heavy items, ensured I got them packed up safely, and were very professional throughout our conversation. I’m highly impressed by the level of care, concern, and salesmanship that Billy & his team showed. I would recommend their services to anyone who has to go through this experience as folks worthy of doing business with who will make your life easier by hiring them.

Wow...I just don't know how else to start. Can we leave 6 stars? Haha. My sister and I had to help our disabled mother move up to Virginia from Florida while we both had limited time and money. We had no idea how downsizing worked, but once we understood the process, it was like a god send. It was exactly what we needed. It not only made the process of moving our mom a million times easier, but flat out possible at all in the time we needed it to happen in, which was about 2 months. Michelle was beyond friendly when we called in and super helpful in working with the independent living facility we were moving our mother to. And then Billy was amazing at helping our mother get through this process and phase of her life while we were 800 miles away and unable to do it ourselves. He was very understanding and patient, while helping our mom make some tough decisions on deciding what she could take with her, and what she had to leave behind. That alone is worth their help, but on top of that, they planned out her entire apartment unit for her new place so we knew what would fit. There's more though; if you don't know how downsizing companies work, they help you or your loved one downsize of course, but then they essentially set up a living estate sale to auction off everything they can. Then those proceeds go towards paying your bill with the company, and sometimes you can even get some money back like our mom did. It's an unbelievably amazing business model for the customer. Unless you pretty much don't work and have all the time in the world to help your loved one downsize, like nobody I know, you'd be crazy to not use a service like this, and I have to say I truly believe we struck gold with Sun City Caring Transitions. I have never met a company that cares more. They just went above and beyond and even went over to our mom's house to put up her storm guards right before hurricane Milton when they didn't have to. I could go on with more, but I'll just close by saying we just had the best experience and simply couldn't have done it without them.
