I’ve visited quite a few dealerships recently, and none came close to this level of service. Next time, I would 1000% skip the others and go straight to John at Cella Ford. Highly recommend!

Nicolas Hart was amazing from the beginning. He took the time to show us a few cars we were interested in and answered our questions. He is very friendly and professional. We had additional questions and his response time was quick. One thing I really appreciate during the process was that Nicolas let us take our time to make our final decisions, we never pressured or rushed us to make the sale.
