Once again, the professionals at Caring Hands in Elk City Oklahoma did a great job for me! 2 1/2 years ago, they helped me clean out my ex-husband’s father’s house. This time they helped me to load and pack my furniture to move it back to Texas. They were very prompt and professional. Also extremely flexible as I had to keep changing the date on them.

Do not purchase the insurance!! Apparently I had someone steal my package from I assume the mailbox. My first auction and I was not sure when it was to arrive. When I contacted the team I was told hopefully it will turn up. I went to the post office twice waited to catch my mail carrier. I had no idea I had a time line to call the police (never has this happened to us after 25 years) I called MPD to file. I jumped through the hoops required. I was told basically to bad so sad there is a timeline discrepancy and it wouldn’t be fair for them to pay out the claim. No I am finished with the auction house and Seel insurance I received a call from CTBids this morning. Wow they actually called me and handled the entire situation. Seel is a third party not CTBids. They completely understood my frustration. It wasn’t about the money it was customer service and CTBids definitely has stellar customer service. Thank you so much
