Consummate professionals with an impressive array of items. CTbids uses a franchise system, so not all branches have the same level of excellence. After the CTbids app glitched and failed to show a link to a shipping invoice, Tia (my contact point at this franchise location) graciously worked with me to get it settled. Some franchisees and sellers would simply re-list the items, pocketing my paid purchase price and new revenue from selling them again. This location put people over profit, though, and reached out to me directly to make sure I received my purchases. I will have no trouble purchasing here again.

Heath, Chaz, and Zach did a fabulous job. The only negative is there is no way to determine a budget for the move before the move takes place. It can get super expensive. But I was pleased with the movers.
