Do not purchase the insurance!! Apparently I had someone steal my package from I assume the mailbox. My first auction and I was not sure when it was to arrive. When I contacted the team I was told hopefully it will turn up. I went to the post office twice waited to catch my mail carrier. I had no idea I had a time line to call the police (never has this happened to us after 25 years) I called MPD to file. I jumped through the hoops required. I was told basically to bad so sad there is a timeline discrepancy and it wouldn’t be fair for them to pay out the claim. No I am finished with the auction house and Seel insurance I received a call from CTBids this morning. Wow they actually called me and handled the entire situation. Seel is a third party not CTBids. They completely understood my frustration. It wasn’t about the money it was customer service and CTBids definitely has stellar customer service. Thank you so much

We employed Tia and her employees to help my mom downsize, move into our home, and complete an estate sale. They are a compassionate group people that take the time to understand the people and the circumstances. We loved our experience with Caring Transitions of Western Oklahoma!!! They very efficiently helped us empty my mother in loves home of 35 plus years. They held an onsite sale and sold some things online. They steam cleaned the walls and floors leaving the home beautifully ready for our real estate lady to sell! Thank you Tia Dunlap and your crew for all you all did to make something overwhelming to us happen efficiently!!!
