They arrived at the appointed time and had were polite, funny and kept me informed of the many things they were completing. Our AC went out so I gave them a call. Customer service was great over the phone. They don’t service Lennox and didn’t mention that until after they showed up and charged us their service fee. I was really disappointed I called and spoke to a really nice woman who was willing to discount the service fee given the fact that they weren’t able to help us with our specific issue. I really appreciated that and it says a lot about their willingness to provide a great customer experience no matter what
