Jason M showed up right on time and did a thorough and professional job of performing the annual maintenance on my furnace. Riley installed a new heating and AC system in 2013 and I have had a maintenance contract with them ever since. June 2024 - John, the service technician from Riley Heating and Cooling, showed up on time as always. I have been on a maintenance contract with Riley for 11 years and John has been out a number of times over the years to do preventive maintenance on my system. John is very personable, professional and knowledgeable. I always appreciate having John or any Riley technician come to service my system. Over the years I have come to trust Riley as an ethical and reliable provider of heating and cooling service. June 2024 - John came back to perform recharge my AC with refrigerant. Done on time and without fuss. I highly recommend Riley for your HVAC needs. June 27, 2024 - The AC could have been repaired but the cost was so high that I opted to replace my entire system (AC and Furnace). Riley gave me considerable discounts since they installed the prior system and I was on their maintenance contract for the entire life of the old system. I have been a satisfied Riley customer for 11 years. They provided an experienced team to install the new system and I am satisfied with the price and quality of the installation. Good team and good result. November 15, 2024 - Don H came to do the semi-annual system check-out. As normal with Riley technicians, Don called to let me know he was on his way. Showed up within the scheduled timeframe and did a thorough check-out of my recently installed system. Having been on a maintenance contract for 11 years, I am seeing some of the same technicians at the twice annual visits which I find nice. As with all the Riley technicians who have serviced my system, they are very knowledgeable and personable. In mid-October 2024, I ordered 4 replacement filters for my furnace. When they arrived, I realized the packaging was different than what I expected. I opened up the package and realized that I got the correct filter but paid extra for plastic end caps I didn't need. My mistake in ordering the wrong thing. After waiting two weeks, I contacted Mr. Kahn from Riley and asked if there was any possibility of exchanging my faulty filter order for the correct ones and getting credit for the difference. Mr. Kahn ordered me two additional filters at his cost and had them sent to my home. I was very pleased with that outcome and again highly recommend Riley to anyone both for their expertise and highly ethical and generous approach to their business.
