After conducting my research, I settled on "Riley Heating & Cooling" to replace my old Furnace back in 2016. Living in the Chicagoland Area, and experiencing 50-years these winter seasons can be harsh. As a homeowner this an area that you can't cut corner on. It's been 8-years, and my Furnace is doing it's job and running like a... Champ. As a responsible homeowner with family, I know that Annual Inpections is the Key... I forecasting any issues. I've had several "Riley Technician" come into my home to provide their Annual Inpections over the years. I've had no issues. On 17 December 2024, I had Ron H., conduct the inspection. He was on time, respectful and informative. Happy Holiday to all the employees at "Riley Heating & Cooling."

Paul was a friendly and efficient serviceman. Everything went well as it always has with Riley servicemen. 42 years of continued service and never have had a complaint. Plus Bernie and Lynn on the phones are soooo kind and competant.

Tech arrived in a timely fashion was very professional and knowledgeable about his job was accommodating for my needs to get his job done well 👍
