Was able to be serviced when we needed it. Our tech George arrived on time, analyzed the issue, reviewed previous service history, performed the service and maintenance quickly and left the area cleaner than he found it. It’s why we have been Riley customers for more than 20 years.

Marty is the best. I appreciate Riley’s prompt service response and timeliness on notifications. The schedulers are so nice and accommodating. Marty is thorough, knowledgeable and a great technician. I know I’m in good hands when he is taking care of my service call.

Unethical and dishonest. They charge a ridiculous visit/trip fee so their tech has no incentive to fix anything - they just want to sell you a new furnace. They're getting paid either way so they don't care and won't bother fixing anything. I called Riley because I was having issues with balance in my air flow with 1 floor getting more air than the other. John came over and spent most of his time complaining about the installation by the previous guys. He was in a tearing hurry to leave because according to him there was nothing he could do unless I took down the drywall for them find a mystery dampner or to purchase a fancy new system from them. I could barely get him to talk to me because he just wanted to leave. After he left I took a look around and found the dampeners after searching for 2 minutes - something John couldn't despite his alleged 20 years of experience because his motivation was to sell me a new furnace and not actually fix my issue. They don't respect your money because they'll get paid either way. I'll get some canned response thanking me for my feedback but it's all pointless. Business is great and they will always find someone new to cheat.
