Don is wonderful and took the time to explain what was going wrong. Lynn is super on top of everything and was very helpful. I’m feeling a bit disgruntled by the cost given I had already paid to have this fixed 2 months ago, plus I paid $300 for 2 annual visits. :(

As always the service rep was pleasant and efficient. Good job.
