Corey K and Jassiel did an excellent job and provided outstanding customer service in the installation of our new furnace. They worked diligently from the time they arrived until the job was completed. Once everything was installed, Corey rendered a thorough explanation of the system’s many features, how they worked, and how to maintain the unit, via biannual inspections, to ensure optimum performance and longevity. We have been loyal Riley customers for many years and have always received outstanding service from Fred Kahn, the General Manager, to Lynn, the Office Manager, to every professional who has serviced our units.
