Our AC went out so I gave them a call. Customer service was great over the phone. They don’t service Lennox and didn’t mention that until after they showed up and charged us their service fee. I was really disappointed I called and spoke to a really nice woman who was willing to discount the service fee given the fact that they weren’t able to help us with our specific issue. I really appreciated that and it says a lot about their willingness to provide a great customer experience no matter what

Really helped me with a gnawing problem from a Riley competitor who tried to scam the work needed for a AC compressor. Riley provided a second opinion. Mike K was terrific. Knowledgeable, detail oriented and thorough, his 90 minute visit( vs the 10 min from the competitor) revealed a fully operational 11+ year old AC unit which was not in need of any repair. Twice Riley has saved me from this competitor whom I no longer will deal with since the warranty on my system has expired. Riley is my only “go to”, reliable and honest HVAC choice for Oak Park and Chicagoland.
