My furnace blower motor went out late July. Decided to replace furnace and A/C as they were 18 and 15 years old respectively. However, install of new would be in weeks and temperatures would be in 90’s. With no solicitation from me, Riley’s called me and indicated they had a spare blower motor they would install that day so that we would have A/C until install of new equipment. I was blown away! They were under no obligation to provide us this assistance and I hadn’t even thought of requesting something like that which means they had the foresight and caring to think of and provide us with a temporary blower. The temperatures for the next week as of this writing will be in the 90’s. Thank you Riley!!

Our Service Professional for our last call was Jason M. He was able to diagnose a recurring problem and implement the solution within a day. He was knowledgeable about the product, professional, and efficient. As in any service, responsiveness is a key component of customer satisfaction and Jason M, and really all of the Riley professionals are the best.
