This was my first (and hopefully only) personal injury case and I could not be more pleased to have had the V&D team in my corner. The entire process was low stress and seamless. After signing the necessary paperwork and providing some information about the incident and required medical treatment, their team took over and handled everything. On the other hand, whenever I had questions or wanted to check in on my case's status, they responded promptly and professionally. After handling the procedural tedium, Joe Vito put on an absolute master class in advocacy and client management between my deposition and the eventual settlement conference. His associate, Komal, was also very professional and helpful at the settlement conference. Clearly an intelligent attorney with a bright future ahead of her.
