Absolutely amazing, couldn't ask for better attorneys

I contacted the Burress Law group through a referral from a friend after l was injured in a motor vehicle accident. At my first in person meeting with Attorney Kyle Hejl and Paralegal Hanny, they were very attentive, professional and empathetic to my case. Kyle explained to me every step they would take in resolving my case in terms that l easily understood, he answered all my questions, he was in no hurry, he also told me l could reach them anytime with questions or concerns. They made sure l get the best medical care l needed for my injury. Hanny was always very courteous, respectful, prompt in getting back to me and answered any new questions l might have. When my case turned complicated, they were able to navigate the complication to a favorable outcome. They went far and beyond; they are dedicated to what they do. I am deeply grateful to them and will highly recommend this group to anyone needing a personal injury attorney.

Exceptional medical care, outstanding representation. If your involved in a major accident and "think" you need a lawyer do not second guess yourself. From previous experience I knew that I wanted a litigator not a lawyer, there is a difference. If you do end up in court you want the GI Joe with the kung fu grip...not bozo the clown. You'll easily find a billboard lawyer who will promise to save you a few dollars but complex cases take time and don't settle easily. Cutting corners to save a little can cost you tens of thousands of dollars on the back end. Brian Mincher and Griffin Scheumack handled my case with an assist From "Izzy" (prelitigation) and Christina (litigation phase). The support staff was amazing and I can't say enough about Brian and Griffin. Be aware however that great litigators are forces of nature and the mindset required can be perceived as egotistical and opinionated. They did a great job of being forceful and blunt (which is their job) without running roughshod over me. In the end my case (like 95%+) settled at mediation. Without a doubt having highly respected litigators made a significant difference and allowed for a reasonable settlement. Most of the time a review ends with something along the lines of "if I ever needed an attorney again" but in my case sadly I was rear ended at a stop light while the first case was ongoing so I can say (unfortunately) that I immediately DID hire them again. I'd like to give a shout out to my medical "team". I received exceptional care from Epic Pain Management (Dr "G" and Dr Chen) as well as Dr Mott from Chiropractic Wellness Center... All in all you certainly can find other options but I don't believe it's possible to find a better option in Collin County.
