They handled every detail, and their negotiation skills secured a strong settlement on my behalf. While I haven’t yet received my settlement, I have complete trust in their process. Where do I start. Accidents happen. Fact of life. I had no idea the journey I would be on. Apprehension of thinking how do I go about this. Will a lawyer have my best interest or theirs? At my first meeting with Bart and Elizabeth I was scared, in pain, and did not feeling hopeful. I felt as if I should be in a way be cautious of things. About half way through I was in tears to finally let my wall down. The only reason I did was the compassion and care that I felt was so genuine. My husband and I were in a traumatic car accident last fall, the worst I've been in by far. Thank God my husband, our dog and I survived. This was a very complicated situation, none of which was our fault, but really required the assistance of a lawyer. This realization didn't come immediately as we were numb from the trauma.
