I used John Ameen previously as a Plaintiff in the Class Action Smoking Lawsuit after my mom died from smoking. It was all done over the phone. His staff was incredible, polite and they always got back to me immediately. The case was settled and to my surprise I kept receiving more checks after the initial payout! I thought they did a great job. I remembered John Ameen after I fired another attorney who did nothing, and who was referred to me to go up against a big insurance co. I did not realize John did insurances lawsuits. To my surprise and gratitude, he did! I had a very complicated situation after my home was vandalized during a short sale (house was vacated), and after I moved back home to this house, we had a huge flood in my home due to a defective and poor install of a used AC system a few years later.
