I don't even know where to begin....I hired a local lawyer over 5 years ago for my 18 yr old son, who was told take the plea as would not get any better. He did not even show up for court to sign the plea. Anyhow, my son was placed on 8 yrs probation with the plea. After almost 4 years probation completed we hired Mark to have the case dismissed. The crimes were performed in Harris County in Houston .It was shocking as I had never been to Harris County or Houston in my life. I had warrants against me so I could have been arrested. To add a challenge I had to go to out of the country in 2 weeks.I did not know what to do. I wanted someone who can listen my version and then provide me consultation for the next steps.
